Something New For 2017
2017 is turning out to be an exciting new year, here at Computer Chick! We have a brand new look, enticing new pricing structures, new tools in the shop to help streamline your experience and we’re thrilled to share it all with you!First, we’ve worked hard to update the website for a fresh new look and helpful features. We’ve integrated an online catalog so you can browse our up to date services, prices and inventory!
There is also a new ‘Customer Ticket Portal’, so you can easily check the status of your ticket at any time. We have an easy, online Quote Request system, just let us know what’s going on, and we will contact you to give you an estimate as well as a new Appointment Scheduling Calendar.
During the last year, we have had a relationship with iCracked, a nation-wide cell phone parts provider, to offer high quality parts and warranties to our customers, but we have severed that relationship due to the limitations built into that relationship.
We are now working with several providers of quality parts to offer more options. For iPhones and Samsung phones, we are still offering highest quality parts with lifetime warranties at competitive prices, but we are also offering a no-warranty, less expensive option for those on a tight budget.
In the Shop, we’ve integrated an all new ticketing system with online integration and a barcode scanner and inventory management to dramatically increase our ability to ring up purchases quickly as well as raising confidence regarding our stock levels and available parts.
We hope you are as excited as we are about these new changes, geared to provide a better, more professional and efficient experience.
Of course the biggest thing we haven’t changed is our level of care and personal attention we give each customer. That is something you can count on staying the same, year after year!
