Our basic bench fee is a $50 non-refundable deposit – this covers diagnostics, troubleshooting and depending on your situation it will probably cover a basic threat scan and minor updates and tune-up when possible. We don’t accept work for less than our bench fee. If additional repairs are required or recommended, we will contact you with options and pricing. Most of our flat-fee repairs include this bench fee as part of the cost.
