We realize that transitioning to Appointment Only is going to be inconvenient for some folks.

Here are some reasons you might appreciate this new way of helping our customers!

  1. Better Focus! With appointments, we are able to better focus on the needs of the customer we are assisting. This is especially important for remote support calls. With the exception of an emergency, you are assured that we will give you our full attention for the amount of time you have reserved in advance.
  2.  Faster Service! Since you’ve given us your information and deposit in advance, you no longer have to waste time taking care of those things during your drop-off or prior to your online appointment!
  3. Extended Service Hours! Since we have a better idea of when to expect our clients, we are now officially OPEN 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. We accept appointments between 10AM – 4PM
  4. Lower Cost! If you pay by credit card, there will be no additional convenience fees if you choose to pay online.
Please note that we are STILL providing service to walk-up customers, but if you do NOT have an appointment, you may be asked to come back at another time, or asked to make an appointment if our schedule is full. PRIORITY will be given to customers with appointments!
