We have a general $15 minimum fee for work performed, including evaluation and diagnostic work.
The $15 diagnostic fee can be applied toward future repair work.

Want it FAST? Our turnaround time is usually about 48-hrs, but sometimes jobs can get backed up.
If you want 'priority' handling, putting you at the top of the list, we can accomodate you for an extra $35 fee.

'Priority' guarantees your work will be completed in 24-48 hours (not counting shipping time on any parts, of course).
If we don't meet the Priority time frame, you get the $35 back!

On-Site Fee: Limited On-Site services for your home or business. On-Site service available on Thursdays or after hours only. Within the Beckley City Limits - $65 first hour, $35 each additional hour.

Travel Fees: Outside Beckley City Limits - $65 first hour PLUS .45/mile each way. $35 each additional hour onsite.
